Plasseraud IP at ECTA’s 43rd Annual Conference (Berlin) : “Bears on the Loose”
Plasseraud IP is attending ECTA’s 43rd Annual Conference in Berlin.
Benjamin Fontaine, Partner at Plasseraud IP and ECTA Second Vice-President, and Philippe Picard, Partner at Plasseraud IP and Secretary of ECTA’s Law Committee, are taking part in this year’s programme themed “Bears on the Loose”, a nod to Berlin’s iconic symbol.
The conference features high-level discussions on the evolution of trademark and design law, emerging IP trends across Europe, and the challenges of legal enforcement.
Founded in 1980, ECTA (European Communities Trade Mark Association) brings together European IP professionals and promotes best practices in trademarks, designs, copyright and other IP rights within the European Union.
