Group activity in the context of Covid-19

In the current context of generalised containment measures to limit the spread of the Coronavirus, the Plasseraud IP Group is taking all measures to ensure the health of our employees and partners, while guaranteeing the defense of your intellectual property rights.

•    Business Continuity 

We have implemented measures to reduce risks for our staff while guaranteeing continuity of service to our clients, our priority remains good health for all.

Our teams now operate remotely. All our teams are mobilized and equipped to pursue their activities, working from home. Our Continuation of Activity Plan has been in force since 16/03/2020, 6pm, in our French offices and has been extended to our international teams, in accordance with the recommendations of the Health Authorities of each State. 

The firm continues to operate without interruption, via remote working  and secure dematerialization of documents and processes. All physical meetings at the office are postponed, pending further evolution of the situation.

•    Follow-up of procedures and decisions of intellectual property offices

In this context of global health crisis, we are monitoring closely the measures taken by intellectual property offices and authorities. We take their decisions into account and adapt, if necessary, the strategies for protecting and managing the titles entrusted to us.
