Michel Bolinches

Michel Bolinches is French and European Patent Attorney at Plasseraud IP. 

He is involved in the drafting of patent applications, granting procedures, legal advice (patentability and freedom-to-operate studies, IP portfolio audits) and litigation and oppositions before the EPO. Michel has accumulated a broad experience in Intellectual Property since 1993: from the Délégation Générale pour l'Armement (French General Delegation for Armament), to consulting firms, where he covers mechanics, physics, and chemistry (in particular for the automotive industry), via the IP department of the MICHELIN group, mainly in the field of polymerization processes and rubber.

Michel joined Plasseraud IP in 2016.
